最愛的聖誕節即將到來了～不知從何時開始，自己特別會在聖誕節的這一天，回想整年的點點滴滴，並期許著未來一年的目標與計畫。去年聖誕的願望，已經圓滿的達成了，而明年的願望，也希望自己可以努力的實現，慢慢的朝自己的夢想邁進！

My favorite Christmas Day is coming. I don't know when it starts that I especially think about the every moment of past year, and also make wishes and plans of next year on Christmas Day. Last Christmas wishes was done completely, as well as that I hope next years wishes could become true. I wish one day I can make my dreams come true steps by steps.

'Christmas Season Collection' is a collection of full wishes and expectations. Every wish and hope is an evidence to make Christmas wonderful. We memorize the happiness of last year and wish the next year will getting better. Christmas is not only a holiday and also a excellent beginning of new year. In this collection, copper is added to make works colorful and looks warm.

'Christmas Season Pendant' - on a 29" chain and limited of two pieces. Only one is available at Old Stuff. It is made by two metals - sterling silver and copper. They are just like ribbons of two colors that tie on a ball that packs wishes and happiness of Christmas, as well as ornaments on the Christmas tree and presents under Christmas tree.

'Christmas Season Ring Set' is limited of two sets. Two rings can be worn together or separately. Little copper ball and silver cone present the happiness of this season. Each ring can also be a pendant with a necklace.

'Star Wish Necklace' is a new item of Miss Maru© line. It is made by flow wax - my new making method. It's unique and natural that without artificial process of making. The necklace is also tied with black pearl that makes contrast to silver white. The shape is so sense of existence and catches the moment that was empty before. Who says jewellery needs a formal way to make, or exact plans? Even pure is beautiful!

'Star Wish Necklace' contents three snowflakes and one little star. Just like every snowflake falls from stars will that become a new wish that we make for the next year. And all wishes will come true.

2008簡單生活節 / Urban Simple Life

簡單生活節圓滿的結束了，在這短短的兩天，雖然天氣是10度的低溫，但內心卻是溫暖與感動的。謝謝這兩天裡購買Miss Maru©商品與給予鼓勵的朋友們，有你們的支持，才能讓Miss Maru©繼續走下去。

如同在攤位前的小男孩，專注的堆疊著地上的小石子，簡簡單單的，無拘無束的，沉浸在這樣單純的快樂裡，這不就是一件最幸福的事嗎～

小小的名字，在街頭市集的牌子上，對我來說卻是無比的耀眼。

綺貞在演唱會上，說了這麼一段話...她說，她一直在思考永恆這個問題，到底人在這短短生命中，可以創造什麼樣的永恆？
接著，她唱的自己的創作-"太陽"這首曲子。

而昨天晚上活動結束後，我在家裡思考著過去的點點滴滴，包括從辭職之後專注在品牌與作品的每個日子，與這兩天得到的感動，我想，大家都給了Miss Maru©一個永恆的可能性。如果沒有這些支持，也許Miss Maru©就將從此消失。一個人的小小動作是有可能造成巨大影響的。永恆並不是在於時間、地點或任何空間，其實每個人都可能是另一個人、事、物的永恆，無論在心裡或是物質，即使是一瞬間也可以創造永恆。

Urban Simple Life 2008 was consummate end. In these two days, even it was only 10°C, I still feel so warm and touched. Thanks for everyone who bought my works and gave me encourages. It helps Miss Maru keep going and moving on.
Working with a simple and pure emotion is a happiness, such as a little boy concentrated on playing stones in front of me.
Miss Maru is a little name on the broad, but shines on me.
In Cheer-Chen concert, she said she's thinking of the meaning of eternity. She is trying to know what we can do in such a short life time. Then she sang her song-'Sun'.
When leaving market, I came back home. I started thinking that I did after quitting my job, and what I had in two days. I realize everyone gives Miss Maru a possibility of eternity. Without any support, Miss Maru might disappear from now on. A little movement could cause a huge influence. Eternity maybe isn't about time, place or space. Everyone can be an eternity of a person, thing or object whether it is in mind or substance.

I love the poem 'Auguries of Innocence' written by William Blake (1757-1827) ;
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower.
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

Christmas is coming~

為了迎接我最愛的聖誕節，跟即將開跑的聖誕特惠，昨天晚上到了老東西佈置我可愛的櫃子，並放入為了聖誕來臨製作的最新作品，將濃濃的聖誕氣息放到我的櫃子裡～



每個櫃子佈置完都超級溫暖可愛的～

雖然一連佈置了四個小時左右，卻依舊非常的有成就感！
每個都是我絞盡腦汁好幾天，趕工做出來佈置品，中間一度後悔大學沒修櫥窗設計，但成果都還是相當不錯～:)

For my favorite holiday Christmas is coming and Christmas Sale, I went to Old Stuff and decorated my showcases yesterday. I set few new products and holiday moods in them.
Each showcase has different kinds of happiness and joy feeling. Even I spent about four hours, I really feel so accomplished.
I've designed a couple days and made all decorations. Although I didn't learn about window design, I think I still make a good job!:)

Autumn is coming, and long necklace is the most suitable ornament of clothes that we're ready to put on like long knitting wear and scarf. That's also what I loved most.

New items here are, 'Circle' pendant- on an 18" chain and limited one 'White Rose' pendant- on a 24" chain.

The surface of 'Circle' Pendant is wood texture, as well as the center of circle contains three zircon briolette stones with olive color. I just try to represent the circle of life as a scene of a tree's growing process - from seed, tree, and fruits strung together. It's a simple shape with characteristics and feminine. It also has two ways to wear.
'White Rose' is an Art Nouveau style pendant with a drop opal ball. I think resolution of women is like a white rose. They never give up and shines like Milky Way when they're in the darkness night and situation.

Every chain of Miss Maru© is able to be changed in different length. It's free within 2". Custom order is always welcome.

最新作品 :: 夢想之翼＆Bone系列 / New Collections

自己一直很喜歡輕龐克與輕搖滾的風格，不管是搖滾的歌曲，還是略帶龐克感覺的打扮，都是自己願意接受且不排斥的一部分。也許是因為血液裡常流著叛逆的因子，有著憤世忌俗的想法，所以特別會對龐克與搖滾有同類相近的感覺吧！

而龐克與搖滾的配件常常有許多共通的圖像或是造型，譬如骷髏、鉚釘、跟哥德風的圖案等等，但自己則特別偏好翅膀、骨頭，這些略帶粗獷卻平易近人樣式。

「夢想之翼」是取用翅膀圖案製作的系列作品。代表可以翱翔天際的翅膀，總是特別讓人想要擁有；而美麗的翅膀圖案，更是可遇不可求。自己親手設計與雕出的翅膀造型，不但可以不同於任何市面上的翅膀樣式，更可以利用豐厚的羽毛與流暢的弧度，表現出最完美且獨一無二的翅膀造型。

I accept and love a little bit of punk and rock things, including of rock and roll music and punk clothes. Maybe it's because of the rebel against is in my blood, and I never think world is perfect, that's why I'm so parallel to PUNK.

The PUNK always has common symbolization, such as skull, rivet, and Gothic style. But I like wing and bone shapes that with bold and friendly feelings preferably.

In 'Wings Of Dream' collection, I used my favorite 'wing shape'. I designed and carved my own 'wing shape' with rich feathers and more smoth outlines. They're unique and Maru Style Wings!

'Bone' collection is one of my favorite collections. It's simple and suitable for any occasions. I usually wear bone ring to anywhere. It also fit men.

珠寶知識 :: 銀的金屬材質介紹 / Silver Properties

自從開始學習金工，銀這個材質就被大量的使用，除了銀與其他貴金屬（金、鈀、鉑、銠）相比起來價格比較經濟實惠，也因為銀有著非常大的柔軟度與延展性，因此相當適合做各式大型與金工技巧學習。

George Jensen魚盤 / Covered Fish Dish
George Jensen 知名的魚盤，就是銀匠利用手工將銀塊鍛敲，花費550～600小時，慢慢延展而成的，金屬中也只有銀才能達到這樣具延展性而堅固實用的效果。

當然在使用一種材料製作作品之前，瞭解材料是非常重要的一件事，不但有助於製造使用，也助於結合其他的應用。

銀由於價格昂貴，具有亮麗的銀白色光澤，外表美觀，化學性質穩定，具有較強的保值能力，因此隸屬於貴金屬之一，延展性僅次於金。純銀(99.9% pure)相當柔軟，為了增強其硬度及加工適性，並降低其熔點以方便加工，通常會製作成合金。最常用的銀合金為「925銀」(Sterling silver)，它是由92.5%的純銀和7.5%的銅所組成，純銀的熔點為960.5°C，925銀的熔點則為893°C。除了925銀，常用的銀合金還有950銀以及850銀等。

銀的原礦 / A Nugget of Silver

銀的歷史大概可以追溯至西元前，這個名詞慢慢出現在大量的歐洲古老書籍上，在那古老的時代，因為銀的潔白與明亮，所以也被月亮的圖形表示著，而後便有了各種零星的銀飾品的設計，包括銀幣和裝飾品。到了十六、十七世紀，金銀金屬工藝開始慢慢的成型，大量的銀開始被金工師父製造成各式的裝飾品與傢飾品，到了十九世紀時，在高級場合的餐桌上使用925銀製的餐具成了一股流行文化，也因而出現了許多銀具公司。

在1851年，Tiffany生產了以925銀標準製造的銀器，成為美國第一家使用此標準生產產品的公司，以925銀製成的首飾也開始風行起來。時至今日，百年以上銀飾設計公司除了Tiffany，還包括知名的George Jensen，兩者都因為卓越的設計與工藝而受到大眾的喜愛。另外現在如Chrome Hearts、Justin Davis、 Wolfman B.R.S.等品牌，則是因為受到明星藝人的喜愛，而成為知名銀飾品牌。

而 Miss Maru© 選擇925銀為製作材質的原因，除了延展性高易於加工之外，也因為銀經過手工拋光之後，不同於一般電鍍商品的平板亮銀，而是有著溫暖與柔和如同月光的光芒，讓人深深地著迷著。特別是銀經過人的配戴後，隙縫處慢慢氧化變黑，而外露或突出處因為常與人體碰觸，保持一樣潔白的狀態，更是散發出與其他金屬不同的懷舊風味。而這些細細的變化都需要仔細的觀察，用心的珍惜，才能得到一件藝術品經由自己蛻變成不同風貌的美好。


Since I learned silversmithing, 'Silver' plays a very important role of making jewelry. It's because of silver's price(cheaper than other precious metal) and ductility(less than gold). High ductility of silver makes it can be forged into large functional objects, like bowls and pots. That's why many teachers choose silver as main metal to teach students know metalwork skills.

Before making any piece of work, I think it's important to realize the properties of metal chosen as material. It not only helps making jewelry, but also helps doing integration with other kinds of materials.

Silver has high economic value, shining surface, less reactive than most elements and been known valued as a precious metal. The ductility is only less than gold. Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength. The alloy silver used frequently is '925 sterling silver'- containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. The melting point of pure silver is about 960.5 °C, sterling silver is 893°C. There're still other alloys of silver used usually '950 silver' and '850 silver'.

Silver's history has been known since ancient times. It is mentioned in the age-old books. Because of silver is white and shining, The symbol for the moon has been used to represent silver since ancient times. And later, silver was refined and coined in its pure form as money, and other kinds of accessories. During the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, silversmithing appeared. There were a lot of objects and ornaments that made by silversmiths and masters worked in family of jewelers. In nineteen century, sterling silver flatware became de rigueur when setting a proper table. There was a marked increase in the number of silver companies that emerged during that period.

In 1951, Tiffany used sterling standard to make products and became the first American company adopted United States Sterling Standard. At that time, sterling silver standard products became popular. To date, there's not only Tiffany that has hundred year history of making silver products, but also George Jensen; they're adored by the high quality of design and technique. There're many new brands such as Chrome Hearts, Justin Davis, Wolfman B.R.S. ...etc, are famous for entertainer effects these days.

Miss Maru© chooses sterling silver as material is because of it's high ductility and unique brilliance when polished. The brilliance of silver is so attractive and like moon light, not like plated-ones with flat gloss. As time pass through, silver will be oxidized and shows its ture color by wearing. It's really fascinating to have these changes made by myself. And as the years go by, silver is not only a metal, but also an art work which turns alive when it changes in front of us.

客訂作品 :: 追憶墜 / Custom Order

這件作品是8月29日完成的，也是第二個客戶訂做的追憶墜，訂做的時間大約需要兩個禮拜，包括人準備自己的圖檔、修圖、校稿、出圖、修台製作...，之後就會有屬於自己圖像的追憶墜了！


特別的是，自從 Miss Maru © 開幕以來訂做的這兩件追憶墜，客戶都不約而同的準備了自己過世的寵物照片，而在這之前，有關追憶墜的設計理念與想法，並未經由任何管道傳達給客戶，但客戶似乎經由了追憶墜的成品或是照片，得到了這個方向的聯想，選擇放入過世的寵物照片。也許是因為造型，也許是因為他們也同樣的感受到作品傳達的感傷，真正的原因雖然不得而知，但是這樣的選擇，卻讓我非常感動，因為我的作品，是真正可以傳達一種想法給客戶，並且是跟初衷一模一樣的。

這樣無形的鼓勵，也默默的成為了我的動力，讓我繼續努力的將作品的理念，傳達到所有人的頭腦裡。

This is the second custom pendant of 'Remembrance Of Things Past: Memories' finished on 29 August. It takes about two weeks to make including acquiring the photo, making effects of digital image, printing the image, and setting the items..,etc. At the end of work, customer will receive an unique pendant belong to their own.

Most particularly, these two images of custom pendants 'Remembrance Of Things Past: Memories' of Miss Maru © all are the passed pets photos of two different cutomers. Before that, the idea or concept of 'Remembrance Of Things Past: Memories' wasnever been told or shown to customers. It maybe means that customers could get or realize my original thought by the shape or the image of work. I have no ideas why they could get my thought, but I really touched by things they did. I'm so happy that people can realize my ideas through my works.


It gives me the power and energy to keep working on what I'm doing. And let me try to convey my thoughts harder as possible as I can.

Love Hook :: 七夕情人節限量作品 / Chinese Valentine's Day Couple's Pendant

又到的一年一度的七夕情人節了，當然 Miss Maru 不免俗的推出了情人節商品 :: Love Hook 純銀對墜。

對我來說在重要節日收到有意義的禮物，無疑是最開心的事了，而在禮物中最具有代表性跟價值性的，我想當然就是"首飾"了。"首飾"不但可以隨身配戴，而且只要品質良好，造型特別，不但可以襯托自己跟另一半的風格，也可以長久的使用，作為永遠的紀念。這也是我選擇製作首飾的原因之一。

Love Hook 純銀對墜系列，結合魚鉤與惡魔尾巴造型，簡單流線又不失風格，遠看就像一輪彎月，在夜晚中輕輕的閃耀，而擺在一起時的弧度，剛剛好是一個愛心。男生的惡魔尾巴朝左，女生的惡魔尾巴朝右。

Miss Maru etc. designed many limited products of necklaces of 'Summer Collection'. The length of necklaces are suitable for any kind of summer clothes, including of shirt, T-shirt, halter, clothes with plunging neckline.
Miss Maru have 'Happy Cell' collection with simple style, and '2008 Flower' collection which has first product - 'Spring Flower' and made by limited. 豆莢耳環 :: 金工鍛敲作品 / Forged Earring

一直都很喜歡各式各樣大自然與植物的樣貌，所以會應用到作品裡，而豆莢耳環就是其中一個。之前設計珠寶時，手上常常有豆莢的雕刻玉件需要設計，那時就非常想要一個玻璃種的，因為既可愛又美麗～想說自己現在既然買不起，就用銀作一個自己帶吧！

而我用鍛敲方式製作的豆莢耳環，除了因為大小與造型非常有存在感，特別將豆莢頭部的部分，改的與植物原本樣貌不同，用比較長跟尖的形狀獨立在上方，中間修細，甚至有點像"頭"的樣子去作，讓它有了上下半身的感覺。這樣的目的是將整體做出延伸感，在修飾跟襯托臉型上，有更好的效果。

我想任何需要有畫龍點睛般醒目效果的場合，豆莢耳環一定是配件的不二人選！

I always love all kinds of plants shapes and put into my works, 'Pod Earring' is one of them. I've designed many jewlery of pod-shape jade sculptures from customers, jade is really beautiful but expencive. I always want a pair of it very much. In fact, I couldn't afford it yet. So, I made a silver one!

'Pod Earring' is forged, and I change the original plant shape a little bit. The top part of pod is a little separate from bottom, just like a 'head'. The reason why I made it is to extend entire shape, and try to prettify the round-face.

The result was really good, It can be worn in any occasions.

這是我的第一件獨立設計與製作的戒指，當我已經對金工製作有了初步的概念與能力了之後，很多想法都可以藉由金工技法完成，而我一直想要一個有造型又可以天天配戴的戒指，於是閃電戒誕生了。

'Lightning Ring' is my first original product of silversmithing. I made it when I realize and know the silversmithing well. I always wanna a ring practical and suitable for everyday-wear. That's why I created 'Lightning Ring' with my own style.

'Lightning Ring' is a little different from other rings. The shape is a loop which can be shown by any angle. It's all suitable for T-shirt and punk style.

Untitled :: 金工鍛敲作品 / Forged Pendant

這是金工課學習圓球的作品。那時候林老師是示範基本的圓球作法給大家看，但自己練習時總希望可以在基本之外，同時做出自己的設計跟比較進階或不同的作法。所以我設計了由許多愛心拼成的正面圖案，整個大面積敲半圓之後，後面再加上半圓的縷空圓球。

不過同樣的，草圖林老師看過之後，建議我把每個愛心都敲凸，這樣會很有立體感也很好看。我想說雖然感覺是個高難度的作法，但試試看也沒關係，大不了就是重作，但我可以學到很多經驗！

雖然當時是這樣想著，但是光是鋸出愛心的圖案對初學者就是一件很大的工程，再加上鍛敲每一個愛心的部分，更是不容易。先把愛心圖案鋸好（已經有點變形...），在每個愛心根據愛心凹凸面與延展方向敲凸，這時候接點太細的部分就真的讓人心驚膽戰了，必須相當的小心。最後再將大體修成半圓，焊上背面的半圓與墜頭之後，終於大功告成。

雖然完成之後還有很多缺點，但整個竟然另有一種樣貌，好像一個臉，也好像舞獅的臉，非常有喜感。也許再作一次可以作得相當完美，但我想保留這個獨一無二的作品，因為珠寶作的有喜感，還真的是一個很有趣的境界。重點是我很愛，這樣就夠了！

It's my 'Ball' assignment of silversmithing class. Teacher Lin demonstrated us how to make a basic silver ball as a pendant. Then, I designed the look which is more complicated and advanced then the basic one that I'd like to do. The front side is associated with many heart shapes, and the back side is a semicircle.

After Teacher Lin saw my sketch, he suggested that I should forge each heart shape to stand out the whole shape. I thought it's not easy to make, but I love to accept any kinds of challenge. The worst situation is just to make a new one again.

In fact, it's a big deal for a novice. It's alreay a little difficult to saw the heart pattern shapes. I also needed to forge very carefully in case the broken of thin connection. At last, I soldered another semicircle and top. It was done finally.

Even there are still many defects of this work. The heart shapes aren't clear. The look of it is alike face..lion dance face. I still consider that it's a good work with funny impression. It's rare to make jewelry with fun. After all, I like it, nothing is important than it.

這是我的第二件金工作品－以金工鍛敲技法完成的銀墜，因為外型被大家聯想成馬鈴薯，所以就叫馬鈴薯墜了。

一開始的想法是希望在銀片上做出高低不同的凹凸，來表現心情起伏的感覺，林老師看到草圖後就建議我以金工鍛敲來製作。以前從來沒有接觸過金工鍛敲技法，而第一次的學習跟製作對我來說都非常有趣。

首先將銀片鋸出橢圓形，再固定到松脂膏（老師的特殊配方，外面有的用瀝青）上，再用圓樁頭敲出凹凸，中間反覆的退火...敲擊...退火，最後再做大體的整型之後，便完成了我的馬鈴薯墜了！

表面因為不想做成亮面，搶走本身造型的風采，就手工用砂紙將表面處理成霧面，最後配上我愛的長鍊，就變成萬搭款的個性銀墜。

我也因為接觸到鍛敲技法而愛上鍛敲，那種經由自己的手，將金屬塑造改變的過程，似乎代表著力量與精神的賦予。就如古代重要的工匠一般，把自己一身的心力投注在作品裡，將自己與作品合而為一。所有的過程都如同一次一次的省思與進步，只為了成就出絕代藝品，讓自己與作品名流千古。

這是一項深奧而複雜的技法，我會繼續鑽研下去，把它應用在作品裡。

This is my second silversmithing work-forged pendant. It is called "Potato" because of it shape.

My first idea is to create a lumpy surface to effect my moody situation. After looking at my sketch, Teacher Lin suggested me to use the forging skill to make work. I never learned about forging, it's a new experience of learning.

At first, I sawed an oval silver plate and put it on the surface of heated pitch. Then I punched it to become a shape that I liked. I need to keep annealing during the forging process. After all repousse process, I finished my work.

At last, I used emery paper to make the rough surface. Incase the light of polished surface will be more conspicuous than shape. I collocate it with a long chains I loved. It became a very stylish pendant in the end.

I love forging the way can add the strength and spirit of maker. Like the smith of ancient periods who spent all their life time to make an artware with their soul. The process of making is not only to develop the skill but also to create an artware which will last through all ages.

I will keep learning this skill and put it into my works.

玻璃融合擺飾 / Fusing

這是於2006年，利用我在台灣工藝研究所研習＂脫腊鑄造玻璃多媒材燈飾設計＂課程時，自行試作的玻璃融合擺飾。一個是橄欖形的淺盤，一個是杯墊，因為從來沒做過玻璃融合，所以用了最便宜的淡綠色台（灣）玻（璃），跟做琉璃珠後被丟棄的拉絲玻璃製作，這樣失敗的話也比較不痛。

左邊橄欖形的淺盤作法，是先作一個好一個橄欖形耐火石膏模，再疊上大小不一的雙層台玻，中間夾入各色被丟棄的拉絲玻璃（可用快乾膠先固定避免移動），融合而成的。完成後的夾層多了許多氣泡，也增添了不一樣的趣味感！右邊的杯墊是用圓形的台玻片，鋪上方形的台玻片及淡藍色的拉絲玻璃融合而成，若方形的台玻片朝下放，可使桌面與圓片有些許的高度差，剛剛好可以讓杯墊不會因水而黏在桌子上，也是我第一個玻璃杯墊作品。

當然第一次並不是不會失敗，橄欖形的淺盤總共作了三個，卻只成功兩個，失敗原因可能是因為台玻跟拉絲玻璃的收縮係數不同，或溫度控制不同造成的結果。但這也是我認為玻璃之所以動人的地方，好像永遠摸不清楚她的心情，不知道她的變化，可只要能幸運的捕捉到某一個瞬間，她就能留下最美的一面給你。


I made fused glass decorations when I studied in mix-media class of National Taiwan Craft Research Institute (NTCRI). One is an marquise plate, another is cup pad.

There two layers of the plate, and I put some lampworking glass among them. That's why there are few bubbles in the plate. They are really cute. About the cup pad, I cut a circular glass first, then put the square ones and lampworking glass on it. If the square side is downward, It can make the drop height between table and cup pad. That can avoid cup pad stay close to tabletop.

I didn't success at once. I made three plate, but one is failed. Maybe is because of the expansion coefficient, or the control of temperature. But I think that's why glass attract me. We never know what will happen of it, what will cause it to change. But If you could catch the right time and rignt moment, glass will be the most beautiful thing of the world.

Lab :: 各類焊藥/片熔點溫度一覽 / Solder

因為去墾丁時掉了一條白K項鍊，那項鍊又是天天要戴的幸運項鍊，所以需要將手上白K的項鍊改短，才能配我的幸運墜子。但自己平時用不到K金焊藥，一片K金焊藥又不便宜，想說也許用銀焊藥，也可以焊我的白K鍊，而也許只要知道各種焊藥熔點，就能知道彼此是否相容。

下面是各類焊藥/片熔點溫度一覽

【低溫銀焊片】熔點750℃（銀含量為45%）

實驗結果結果也證明了，我的銀焊藥（高溫）是真的可以焊接14K白線圈的！

在2007年，非常幸運的可以接觸到”玻璃珠”這樣有趣的課程，並花了半年週日的時間學習。中間不但看到了拉絲玻璃，可以做到各種出神入化的美麗樣貌，也認識了許多厲害的老師跟同學。

本來課程主要是專注在”玻璃珠”的教學，但我一直以來都很喜歡玻璃彈珠，也看過大伯家裡，一顆顆國外帶回的繽紛彈珠，所以我不經意的問到老師，利用拉絲玻璃製作玻璃彈珠的可能性。而老師也非常厲害的信手拈來一顆圓潤晶瑩的彈珠，讓我內心頓時澎湃了起來，原來拉絲玻璃是可以做彈珠的！

當然經過瞭解，大部分國外做玻璃彈珠都是用吹製的方法跟設備為主，再來就是拉絲能做的彈珠尺寸會取決於火槍大小（火量），但我仍然非常高興的用了我的小噴火槍，做了幾顆小彈珠～

雖然以現在的技巧跟實力，還沒辦法做出如國外的高級技巧作品，但我想不斷的努力嘗試，東西一定會越做越好的，也許有一天，我的彈珠也可以需要刻上簽名來標明價值，也說不一定呢！

In 2007, I was so lucky to learn the lampwork beads class taught by Hsu Chin Lang at Kun's Crystal. I loved glass, it's so cute, lovely, clear, and special. Even if the class was focus on lampwork beads, I wanna learn how to make a glass marble. When I was a child, I saw many incredible foreign glass marbles in my uncle's house. I was fascinated by it. That's the reason why I'd loved to make glass marbles.

Then the teacher really shown me how to make a glass marbles with lampwork. Although it's inappropriate way to make glass marbles with lamp torch, I still do my best with it. I made several little glass marbles. They are really lovely.

Maybe I'm still a beginner of glass marble. I think I'll keep on making glass marbles until I can sign on my marbles and become somebody one day.

＜追憶、似水、年華＞系列之一。



＜追憶、似水、年華＞系列是我第一個設計的首飾系列，也是我大學的畢業製作作品。以一系列的概念做出發，用不同的媒材跟款式來表現－「追憶」、「似水」、「年華」三個名詞與狀態，以及對我的意義。整個系列都是以生活跟自己的想法為出發，展現佩戴者自我風格的想法為主，大概利用了一年的時間準備，半年多的時間學習臘雕製作技法，最後在台北的「紐約．紐約」做畢業展。


其中＜追憶＞是自己最喜歡的系列。

＜追憶＞顧名思義，是以"記憶"為主題，並且將金屬和影像作結合而成的作品。上面的黑白肖像，都是我記憶中的面孔，雖然擁有之後必定會有失去，但卻永遠不可抹滅，不管是快樂的、痛苦的、辛酸的、溫暖的記憶，藉由著腦海中的影像，都將伴隨每個人走到生命的最後一刻。

而每個人的記憶與生命過程，更是讓自己之所以與眾不同、無法取代的原因，藉由著實體影像，我們可以更快的將記憶喚醒，也可以將記憶示人，將影像賦予自己與他人的感受作雙向連結，一如刺青般，首飾也可以展現自己獨特的自我風格和想法，而不單純的只是裝飾性的意義。

這也是我為什麼喜歡設計首飾的原因，當大家可以藉由我戴的首飾加深我的印象，或更認識我的時候，那種獨一無二感覺是最棒的了。

'Remembrance Of Things Past' is my first jewelry collection. There are three objects of this collection. Every object shows different meaning and experience which I felt and thought of the words ; memories, women and water, time and life. I took one year to prepare it, and about half year to learn wax carving, and had an exhibition at New York New York Mall in Taipei in the end.

'Remembrance Of Things Past: Memories' is my favorite object. I combined metal with portrait images which are all the memories of my pets. Even some of them were gone, I still love them very much and can't stop thinking of them. It's painful to lose them, but I don't deny that they gave me the happiest time of life. All we had will be gone, but the memories will last forever until we pass off.

That's why we can be different from others by having all kinds of experience of life and time. All changes make us grew up, and no one can take place of our own self. As the experience became images which can also recall all the memories and past easily, we can link up everyone through they see them. It's just like the influence of tattoo. It's not only an image but also a unique sign.

I love the function of jewelry and accessory which can connect people and life, therefore I chose them to be the media of my creations. It's an object, an ornament, a kind of art.., also a piece of life!

在我的想法裡，女人就像水一樣，有著千變萬化的多樣風貌，遇強則強，遇弱則弱。一會兒是溫柔潺潺的溪水，一會兒是頑固的巨大冰川，或是激動澎湃的浪濤...每個女人都自有她的美，每個年紀也都有不同的美，且大部分的美都不是外表的，而是內在那股強大的母性或是不屈不撓的堅強意念，也許外表柔弱、溫柔，卻在適當的時刻變成堅強的力量。

讓我最深深著迷的女人，就是亂世佳人中的「郝思嘉」（Scarlett），她美麗、堅強、熱情、對愛一無反顧、又充滿魅力，雖然也自私、太過獨立、倔強，卻一點都不影響我喜歡她的個性，女人就該這樣獨一無二，世人怎樣解讀一點都不重要。可「郝思嘉」是個虛構的人物，並無真實的形象，而在所有真實的女性當中，「瑪麗蓮夢露」（Marilyn Monroe）是一個非常有傳奇特質的女星，大家對她的印象都是性感、有女性魅力的，可是從我找到她小時候、年輕的照片看來，她曾經有清純、青澀的模樣，一個大家都沒有仔細尋找過的模樣。

於是，我將她這些多變的模樣，封在一個個透明如冰塊的結構中，一顆一顆如蜘蛛網般串聯起來，表現女人似水的特質。每一顆都是「瑪麗蓮」（Marilyn），每一顆也都不是「瑪麗蓮」（Marilyn），是一個曾經、一個影像，既是成長的面貌，也是美麗的面貌，有小、有少、有貌美如花、有慢慢衰老，但不可否認的是她精采的人生與帶給世人的感受，每一個片刻都是值得回憶的點點滴滴。

就像我們身邊接觸過的所有女人一樣，也許她們都不是世界上最美麗的女人，卻有一種不凡的特質與個性，在我們的心中永遠無法抹去。

In my opinion, women are like water. Water doesn't have any constant shape, it could flow tenderly in river; it could freeze hard like glacier; or it could be a billow dashed high by a storm. Water adapts itself to its environment, so do women. All women have their own beauty and characteristic, in every time, in every age, in every situation, women show different kinds of looks and bravery. The motherhood and inner beauty of women always can beat every thing and protect all of us.

The woman I admire most is "Scarlett" of "Gone with the Wind". She's so charming, beautiful, brave, enthusiastic..., but also selfish, obstinate, stubborn. But I still love her very much. She's so unique, and women should be unique, no matter what people think and look at. But "Scarlett" is fictitious, so I took "Marilyn Monroe" to be my Muse. She's a legend of sexy and desirable women. Even though she's image to everyone is a mature woman, I still can find the pictures of her youth age, a different look.

So I took the pictures of Marilyn's faces in a transparent ice cube shape, and linked like cobweb with chains. The pictures includes her young faces, mature faces, old faces..., every face is Marilyn, and every process is Marilyn. We can't deny the influence of time changes her face, but she's always glamorous in our memory.

Those faces are just like every woman on our side, like mother, sister, aunt, wife, daughter...,etc. Their faces will always in our hearts, and their behavior will influence us naturally and forever.

雖然已經是四年前做的作品，但歲月對於我的意義卻沒有變過。一直覺得人在社會中是不停被改變的，變的越來越世故、圓融、甚至浮華，所有的改變都是難以自覺甚至難以抗拒的，不能說絕對的好，也不能說絕對不好。就如同自山上落下的多稜角碎石，經過河流多年的沖刷侵蝕，成為圓潤的鵝卵石一般，在＂不得不＂的狀態下被改變。

對我而言，歲月的流逝跟年華的流逝，在程度上其實是不同的。歲月流逝的是時間，但是年華流逝的卻是天真單純，是一連串改變的過程，從最初的頑劣粗糙，轉變為圓潤光滑。

墜身主體是用銀來表現不同的紋理跟質感，包括粗糙與光滑，反映年華的流逝對我的影響。空洞部份則可依配戴者喜好綁繫任何物件，一如人用不同的想法和意念去反映自己的改變。

無論改變是好或是壞，都沒有任何人可以決定，但結果也早已悄悄的在自己的身上反映出來，無論一點一滴，都必須全然的接受。

即使我的內心，一點都不想被改變。

When the years go by, every one is always changed by some way and some how. Like rough and acuate stone, after washout from the river, it will become smooth and roundness. It happens spontaneously, naturally, automatically. We can't stop it or change it, even it changes us a lot and unconsciously. And after days and years, we suddenly find that we are different, we are not a child or be innocent any more.

It doesn't mean good or bad. It's a phase, a gradation of life. It gathers beauty and ugliness, and the must important part is what we face and go through.

That's what I feel of time and life, and I put all elements in this work . There are two textures of the body; one is rough, another is smooth. It explains the changes of time. There are also some holes on th body, every one can ties any different kinds of material on it. That's what I can show apart from another one.
