最新作品 :: Free Will系列

「Free Will」系列是最近Miss Maru©一直在進行的一個系列，從去年底的Star Wish Nacklece開始，就不斷的著手實驗與創作，嘗試將珠寶以半自然的方式，捕捉瞬間留下的美麗。

在這個現代化的時代，太多事物可以用機器去取代；包括珠寶。雖然以機器製作大多數的珠寶，將成為不可避免的商品製程，但如何在手工與機器間取捨，或設計出機器無法複製的概念與結構，則是未來珠寶設計無法不去考慮的重點之一。我期待設計出物美價廉的珠寶，也期待創作出保留了手工質感，與傳遞情感的珠寶。未來仍有無限的可能性與實驗計畫，等待一一去完成。

"Free Will" collection in which I have tried to create jewellery without too many simulations and designs. Jewellery not only can preserve its own shape by a natural and a random way, but also could copy my thoughts in an instant. In this modern world, machines gradually replace humans in many places. In the future, our designs will be decided by considering how to construct an idea or structure that machines cannot replicate. This collection is an attempt at a new progression I would like to undertake. There are still many possibilities and experiments I hope to explore.

Fish Scales Pendant-
This is a pendant with abstract shape. The details of this concept are only in my mind. It could tell different stories for wearer and viewer without words, and bring a meaning or not depending on multiple viewpoints.

Lace Fancy Necklace-
It is a necklace with contemporary shape and ancient elegance style. By wax drawing, I could represent thin lines like lace flowers, which are white and fine.

「森之夜想」系列是自己已經發展很久的一個系列，直到最近才真正的將它全部完成。珠寶吸引我很大的一個原因，就是可以將許多的想像化成實品，呈現在人的身上。而這個系列就是將對夜晚森林的場景，融合了想像與真實所創作的珠寶。

人因為對黑暗的恐懼，所以常常會將一些事物擬人化，而樹木就是一個明顯的例子。即使樹木在白天的陽光下溫柔和善，但到了夜晚，一個人漫步森林時，腦海中總會出現許多畫面。

同時，我將系列中的戒指改成一般大眾可以平日配戴的樣式。但依照原本的設計概念，把戒指中央的鏡子換成蛋面的月光石。一如在月光下被群山圍繞，照的發亮的湖面一般，帶有夜晚沈靜超然的感受。

「Forest Fantasy」 is the jewellery collection in which I tried to create a forest scene at night, which contains the reality and my imagination. Fear of the dark makes forests seem alive, even though they are lovely in the daytime. This collection is not only jewellery with a spooky atmosphere that is unlike common designs, but it also builds a surreal world that comes from my mind into the real world.

At the same time, I also created a simple version ring of the 「Forest Fantasy」 collection. I picked the main idea of the original type ring to redesign this ring as a product for the public. The moonstone in the center represents the glistening lake in the moonlight like a mirror in the original type. The deeper parts of the ring are oxidised, in the other hand, and the surface is polished.

最近都在忙著新作品的製作，所以潛伏了一段時間。尤其當作品是需要經由嘗試與實驗才能完成的時候，真的需要投注時間跟心力在上面。我總是希望自己的作品，對我已足夠完美，到足以交代自己的內心的時候，再拿到顧客與消費者眼前的。他們不只是一件作品，而是可以代表一個想法或是嘗試的成就。

所以，我已經不會去追求，在某個時間或日子，應該做出某樣東西的想法，那並不能讓我做出對於我來說完美的事物。我的作品和藝術一樣，都應該生在對的時間與地點，不同的是需要經由縝密的設計來生產。

我認為，在對的事上必須努力堅持，雖然對的事都是最難去做到的；而對於作品，我希望用一種中庸的作法完成，太過與不及都不是好事。


品牌的概念是「零存整取」，最後整個品牌價值是整個取出來，零存是你每天的工作往對的方向走，存的時候不費力。 －施振榮先生說



I have been working on my new pieces for a while. Sometimes, a new inspiration needs new experiments to complete. It really takes time and energy. I wish my design would be perfect enough for me to present. It is not only a piece of work, but also an achievement of an idea and an attempt. Therefore, I won't push me to create something on time or date. Arts or my creations should come out at the right time and right place. I really think less is more and "Golden Mean" is important!

最愛的聖誕節即將到來了～不知從何時開始，自己特別會在聖誕節的這一天，回想整年的點點滴滴，並期許著未來一年的目標與計畫。去年聖誕的願望，已經圓滿的達成了，而明年的願望，也希望自己可以努力的實現，慢慢的朝自己的夢想邁進！

My favorite Christmas Day is coming. I don't know when it starts that I especially think about the every moment of past year, and also make wishes and plans of next year on Christmas Day. Last Christmas wishes was done completely, as well as that I hope next years wishes could become true. I wish one day I can make my dreams come true steps by steps.

'Christmas Season Collection' is a collection of full wishes and expectations. Every wish and hope is an evidence to make Christmas wonderful. We memorize the happiness of last year and wish the next year will getting better. Christmas is not only a holiday and also a excellent beginning of new year. In this collection, copper is added to make works colorful and looks warm.

'Christmas Season Pendant' - on a 29" chain and limited of two pieces. Only one is available at Old Stuff. It is made by two metals - sterling silver and copper. They are just like ribbons of two colors that tie on a ball that packs wishes and happiness of Christmas, as well as ornaments on the Christmas tree and presents under Christmas tree.

'Christmas Season Ring Set' is limited of two sets. Two rings can be worn together or separately. Little copper ball and silver cone present the happiness of this season. Each ring can also be a pendant with a necklace.

'Star Wish Necklace' is a new item of Miss Maru© line. It is made by flow wax - my new making method. It's unique and natural that without artificial process of making. The necklace is also tied with black pearl that makes contrast to silver white. The shape is so sense of existence and catches the moment that was empty before. Who says jewellery needs a formal way to make, or exact plans? Even pure is beautiful!

'Star Wish Necklace' contents three snowflakes and one little star. Just like every snowflake falls from stars will that become a new wish that we make for the next year. And all wishes will come true.

2008簡單生活節 / Urban Simple Life

簡單生活節圓滿的結束了，在這短短的兩天，雖然天氣是10度的低溫，但內心卻是溫暖與感動的。謝謝這兩天裡購買Miss Maru©商品與給予鼓勵的朋友們，有你們的支持，才能讓Miss Maru©繼續走下去。

如同在攤位前的小男孩，專注的堆疊著地上的小石子，簡簡單單的，無拘無束的，沉浸在這樣單純的快樂裡，這不就是一件最幸福的事嗎～

小小的名字，在街頭市集的牌子上，對我來說卻是無比的耀眼。

綺貞在演唱會上，說了這麼一段話...她說，她一直在思考永恆這個問題，到底人在這短短生命中，可以創造什麼樣的永恆？
接著，她唱的自己的創作-"太陽"這首曲子。

而昨天晚上活動結束後，我在家裡思考著過去的點點滴滴，包括從辭職之後專注在品牌與作品的每個日子，與這兩天得到的感動，我想，大家都給了Miss Maru©一個永恆的可能性。如果沒有這些支持，也許Miss Maru©就將從此消失。一個人的小小動作是有可能造成巨大影響的。永恆並不是在於時間、地點或任何空間，其實每個人都可能是另一個人、事、物的永恆，無論在心裡或是物質，即使是一瞬間也可以創造永恆。

Urban Simple Life 2008 was consummate end. In these two days, even it was only 10°C, I still feel so warm and touched. Thanks for everyone who bought my works and gave me encourages. It helps Miss Maru keep going and moving on.
Working with a simple and pure emotion is a happiness, such as a little boy concentrated on playing stones in front of me.
Miss Maru is a little name on the broad, but shines on me.
In Cheer-Chen concert, she said she's thinking of the meaning of eternity. She is trying to know what we can do in such a short life time. Then she sang her song-'Sun'.
When leaving market, I came back home. I started thinking that I did after quitting my job, and what I had in two days. I realize everyone gives Miss Maru a possibility of eternity. Without any support, Miss Maru might disappear from now on. A little movement could cause a huge influence. Eternity maybe isn't about time, place or space. Everyone can be an eternity of a person, thing or object whether it is in mind or substance.

I love the poem 'Auguries of Innocence' written by William Blake (1757-1827) ;
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower.
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
